Training policy
Pre-training is available at our factory freely for our clients, video or remote training can also be provided. We charge for local training on the basis of travel expense + man day.

Warranty policy
Warranty period: 12-month. It is free of charge if it is damaged under normal use during warranty period. If the equipment is damaged due to improper operation, we charge material fees within one year. After one year, it will charge material fees and Labor costs.

 

Installation and commissioning

        The installation and commissioning process of CNC lathe includes the following steps:
        Machine tool in place: place the machine tool in the predetermined position, make sure the foundation is level and the machine tool is horizontal.
        Appearance inspection before energizing: Check whether the machine tool electrical appliances, such as relays, contactors, fuses, servo motor speed, etc., are loose, and the connectors with locking mechanism should be locked. Also check the appearance and structure of the machine tool to make sure there are no damaged or missing parts.
        Power on test run: according to the requirements of the manual, carry out power on test run. Observe the CRT display until a normal screen appears.
        Functional debugging: Verify the normal operation of each functional part of the machine tool, such as spindle, feed axis, tool magazine, lubrication system, etc.
        Precision debugging: carry out precision debugging of the machine tool, including geometric accuracy, positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
        Parameter setting: according to the requirements of workpiece machining, set the machine parameters, such as tool compensation, coordinate system setting, etc.
        Empty running test: Under the automatic running mode, carry out empty running test for the machine tool to check the operation of each component.
        Load test: Under automatic operation mode, carry out load test to check the running performance of the machine tool under load condition.
        Acceptance and delivery: After the machine is commissioned and qualified, acceptance and delivery will be carried out, and the necessary operation and maintenance training will be provided.
